These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, content, music, classes, sessions, events, and any other offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Site or booking/purchasing any Service, you agree to these Terms. This page is for general informational purposes and is not legal advice.

Who We Are & What We Offer

Living At Peace, LLC (led by Sharon Silverstein) provides conscious music, sound healing, guided yoga & coaching, classes, retreats, events, and related digital/physical content.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to book or purchase Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Scheduling: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of confirmation email or message;

  • Rescheduling: Contact us as early as possible; rescheduling depends on availability;

  • Cancellations/No-Shows: Unless otherwise stated on your booking page or confirmation, missed appointments and late cancellations may be charged up to the full session price;

  • Late Arrival: Sessions may need to end at the scheduled time; fees are not reduced;

  • Groups/Retreats/Tickets: May have special policies, including non-refundable deposits and minimum headcount; see the specific event page or confirmation for details;

  • Force Majeure: We may reschedule or cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, extreme weather, venue issues). In such cases, we will offer a reasonable alternative or refund per the event policy.

Pricing, Payments & Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and may change at any time. Payment is due at booking/checkout. We use secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal) and do not store full card details. You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and currency conversion charges.

Digital Products, Downloads & Streams

  • License: When you purchase or access digital content (albums, singles, PDFs, videos, streams), you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license;

  • No Redistribution: You may not copy, upload, share, resell, or publicly distribute our content without written permission;

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital goods, downloads/streams are generally non-refundable once delivered/accessible unless required by law.

Events, Classes & Retreats

Event pages or confirmations may specify additional terms (arrival times, what to bring, location changes, weather plans, ticket transferability). Please review those details before attending.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within the Services, music, recordings, videos, text, logos, graphics, photographs, course materials, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Living At Peace, LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. Except for limited personal use, you may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

User Content, Testimonials & Media

If you submit comments, testimonials, photos, audio, or video (collectively “User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our Services and marketing, in any media, with your name as provided (or anonymously, if you request). We may request a separate written media release for photography or recordings captured during sessions/events.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site/Services or violate security measures;

  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;

  • Upload malicious code or engage in unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity;

  • Use our content commercially without permission.

Third-Party Services & Links

Our Site may include links or embeds from platforms like YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp, SoundCloud, ticketing/scheduling tools, and payment processors. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using the Site/Services, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.

Warranties & Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or specific outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Living At Peace, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenues/data, arising from or related to your use of the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Living At Peace, LLC and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site/Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights of others.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. If unresolved, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. (If your local laws require different procedures or consumer protections, those will apply.)
