Arrive and Set Intention
You arrive in a softly lit room or out on Sedona’s red rocks, each space quiet and held with care. We take a few easy breaths together and choose a simple focus such as rest, clarity, or release. A short pause follows so the body can settle. By the end of this minute, attention feels steady and the space feels safe.
Settle the Body
You lie down or sit with full support for the neck, knees, and lower back. We fine tune volume and room comfort so the body stops bracing. The jaw loosens, shoulders drop, and the breath moves with less effort. A sense of ease begins to rise on its own.
Live Flute and Crystal Bowls
Native flute lines drift through the room and crystal bowls add bright, lingering tones. The sustained harmonics invite quiet without force. Most people notice slower breathing and a broad sense of space inside the chest. The mind follows the sound and tension lets go.
Silence and Return
When the last note fades, the room stays quiet for a short time. The nervous system absorbs the calm and the body learns how it feels. Small movements bring you back to the room and water clears the head. You leave with one simple cue to recall this state later.
